About Park Ventures Ecoplex

The Park Ventures Ecoplex is a prime grade building in Wireless Road, the heart of Bangkok’s CBD.

Designed by renowned architects Palmer & Turner, it is one of Bangkok’s most iconic towers, and the first commercial building space in Thailand to be certified LEED Platinum (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

Designed by Palmer & Turner (Thailand) Ltd, Park Ventures Ecoplex was completed in 2012, and features 34 storeys and 27,000sqm of grade A offices. Each floor offers 2,000 square metres of column-free space.

The Park Ventures complete was developed from the philosophy of balancing innovative and green construction, and includes over 25% green areas. The unique design was also inspired by the Wai Design concept, representing a warm traditional welcome gesture in Thai culture.

 

Located directly at BTS Ploen Chit station, The Park Ventures Ecoplex offers excellent transport connections. In-house amenities include a pharmacy, bank, Okura Hotel, patisserie and laundry. The complex also contains a Kasikorn Bank branch and Dean and Deluca coffee shop.

The building boasts a spectacular architectural design in the centre of Bangkok. Many of shopping malls – including Central Embassy, Siam Paragon, the Central Department store and the famous Lumpini Park, (lungs of Bangkok)  are just a stroll away.
